Turnkey Home Renovation in Kensington
With a turnkey renovation, you agree the brief and we deliver the finished home: designed, built, furnished and ready to live in. There is no architect, builder, interior designer and list of suppliers to coordinate, because all of it sits with us.
What is included
Architectural design, structural work and construction, interiors, project management and procurement. Our own craftsmen carry out the joinery, stone, tiling and flooring, and the interior scheme is developed alongside the architecture from the start. Every stage and every trade is managed for you, with one point of contact. It is our design and build service at its most complete.
The scope is shaped around the property and your brief, and agreed before the project begins.
Art, antiques and furniture
Procurement goes beyond materials and fittings. We source the art, antiques and furniture for the house, so the rooms are ready to use on the day it is handed back.
In a period house, where decisions about structure, original features and interiors are closely linked, having one team responsible for all of them is a particular advantage.
We take on few projects. Traditional craftsmanship, modern delivery, on brief, on budget, on time. A selection of completed work is shown in our gallery.
