Kensington Homes is a London design-and-build practice. We specialise in Georgian and Victorian properties in Kensington and South Kensington, and work on contemporary homes as well. Architectural design, construction, interiors, project management and procurement sit under one roof, and we take on few projects.
One team, from first drawing to final detail
A renovation of this kind usually passes between an architect, a contractor, an interior designer and a series of specialist trades. With us, it stays with one team. Layout, structure, joinery and stone are decided by the people who carry out the work, and you have a single point of contact throughout. This is the basis of our design and build service.
Our craftsmen make the joinery, fabricate and install the marble and stone, and lay the floors.
The scope of the work
The scope is set by the property and your brief. A whole-house renovation brings layout, structure and interiors into one scheme. At its fullest, the work extends to the art, antiques and furniture, which we source for the house.
